When converting laminate intended for subsequent overprinting, we take great care to control the laminate moisture and curl, our product is produced with layflat built in. Failure to do so can lead to feed and print problems particularly in Laser and Copier systems. Care has also too be taken during our production and storage. We advise that self adhesive laminates should be fed from the printer manufacturer's recommended input tray which, for most printers, is usually a multipurpose feed tray sometimes refered to as the MP tray or manual bypass. POLYLASER R Matt Translucent a Matt translucent Polyester Film with an added ink toner receptive coating POLYLASER R Matt Translucent is suitable for a wide range of Label products, Roll or Sheets (A5, A4 & A3) This product is suitable for printing through most laser / copier systems, mono & colour. It can also be used though thermal transfer systems with the suitable ribbon grade, dot matrix printed, Lithographic, Letterpress Silk Screen or Gravure giving excellent results with water based, solvent & UV cured Inks. Our product is produced with LONG GRAIN A curl may be evident on exiting the printer but will flatten quickly. We advise that self adhesive laminates should be fed from the printer manufacturer's recommended input tray. For most printers this is usually a multipurpose feed tray or manual bypass tray. Most printer manufacturers recommend short edge lead into the printer (not wide edge). Grain should be parallel to the feed path of the rollers, i.e pointing in the same direction as roller rotation )

Polylaser Matt Silver F PET Laser PET is Specifically designed for " Hot Fuse " Digital sheet fed systems and Laserr conbtinuous printing systems gives optimal flatnes, some post print curl can be seen on exit of printer, however flatness should return quickly Like most paper products our product is produced with LONG GRAIN is suitable for A5, A4 & A3 sheets, When converting laminate intended for subsequent overprinting, we take great care to control the laminate moisture and curl, our product is produced with layflat built in. Failure to do so can lead to feed and print problems particularly in Laser and Copier systems. Care has also too be taken during our production and storage. We advise that self adhesive laminates should be fed from the printer manufacturer's recommended input tray which, for most printers, is usually a multipurpose feed tray sometimes refered to as the MP tray or manual bypass. Most printer manufactures recommend Short Edge Lead into the printer (Not Wide Edge) Grain needs to be perendicular to the feed path of the rollers ( ie., pointing in the same direction as the roller rotation )

Adhesive
UK296 Permanent UK296 is a Clear Permanent Adhesive that performs well on a wide range of surfaces, including various boards. UK296 gives good adhesion to rough surfaces, but not for extremley curved surfaces, both at room temperature and under some chill conditions, it also has good freezing characteristics with very good ageing properties. You should always test the adhesive perfomance in the environment it will be used / an to be then applied. Suitable for use with Laser Photocopier and other variable information printable laminates, Because of the softness of the adhesive and the coat weight required to achieve a High Level of Adhesion with this product we generally, Matrix Strip the Edges, ( Window Trim). Using our DRY EDGE TECHNOLOGY System.
